A little lighter than the average starter rope, the Flotini is intentionally crafted to reduce fatigue during longer sessions, making it ideal for beginners and a perfect complement to GravityFlow or heavy rope training.

• The handles are a key part of what makes this rope exceptional. Unlike bulkier or overly rounded grips, the Flotini’s handles are slim, cylindrical, and purposefully shaped to sit comfortably in the palm, offering a high level of control without sacrificing fluidity. The Flotini comes in two sizes, precisely calibrated to hip height:

• F80 for hip heights under 40 inches from the ground (approximate weight 350g)

• F86 for hip heights 40 inches and above (approximate weight 370g)

• These ropes are designed to be used as-is, with no knots required. Tying knots in your rope can alter its weight distribution and dull the precision of its biofeedback.
