Four Threads Teachings: about 20 minutes of video per week on the science and philosophy supporting the method
- Week 1: Daily Accordion - internally motivated, compassionate goal setting for your practice; exploring the edge between flowing and forcing
- Week 2: FractalFlow - We’ll use fractals as a pattern for creating immersion, and learn the importance of balancing the capacity to act with appropriate degree of challenge
- Week 3: Container of Awareness - Explore how we can play with paradox and turn our flow practice into a safe container for working with our own thoughts and emotions; how self-consciousness impairs flow state & how to cultivate a practice that helps you 'flow through fear'
- Week 4: Float Point - We’ll use lots of words to describe why we want to go ‘beneath language’; explore present moment awareness from multiple angles; and celebrate the joy of movement
28 Daily Slices of Flow: 5 minute audios with movement instruction based on each week’s new tutorials
- Each Slice of Flow is lovingly & intuitively crafted to support the movements you learn each week
- Each Slice follows a formula that becomes an anchor in your Daily Accordion practice
- Each Slice has a song suggestion that was exactly what Josi was listening to when she decided what comprised each Slice
- 6 Slices of Flow = 1 Sphere of Flow on the 7th day, with longer guided movement instruction + create a playlist for each week based on the 6 song suggestions
